Auto gearboxes are very complicated so you need people who are competent, knowledgeable and friendly. These guys tick all the boxes. If your gearbox needs fixing, these are the guys to go to. Anyone who owns a Volvo XC70 with gearbox issues, that Volvo have washed their hands of.... these guys really know their stuffJeff Davies
What a service. From the moment you arrive you know that your car is in the hands of a professional company. They tested the car and told me the problem they thought it was. They gave me a courtesy car to save me taxi money. 2 days later my car had a new clutch and what a difference it has made. I was informed throughout the repair. This is a company who know what they are doing and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
After our Nissan Juke cvt gearbox failed, Nissan refused to acknowledge it was a manufacturing fault and quoted us over 5500 to fix. VMTP Midlands stepped in and were able to give us an explanation of what went wrong and how they would fix. The price of the repair was just over third of the price quoted by Nissan. When we arrived at VMTP Midlands to collect our car, Steve offered us drink and then explained what work had been done, they also replaced crankshaft sensor which was also faulty. The car now drives better than ever as good as new. The staff are very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend them to everyone. So if you have a gearbox problem, if your manufacturer wont help and if you can find them, maybe you should call VMTP Midlands!!
I can not recommend these guys enough, from my first conversation with Nigel where I discussed the issue I have with my car, right through to dropping it off, having updates during the day and collecting it afterwards I was made to feel welcome and at ease. The gentlemen were friendly and helpful. I would have no issue in recommending these guys
