I contacted to book my 20 year old Jaguar in for a job as my regular long time mechanic was unable to fit me in. I was very impressed by the girls (Gemma and Vicky), they came back to me and had done their research and informed me they could do the job and a rough estimate of costs if nothing else was required. I got a day and time to drop it in and was kept updated during the work. I got a pleasant call two days later to let me know I could go get it.. great work very very thorough, they did a little bit of remedial work underside and gave the car a wash too and did not charge.. worksheet, pictures and Invoice all privided for the history folder. Many thanks to all, will definately use again and highly recommend.
Once again I have had excellent service from Car Friend. The car was taken in about 1.30 with possible starter motor problem. A phone call at 5pm told me that the car was finished and ready to collect. I was delighted. Wonderful friendly service by all. Thanks

Booked my car in with car friend after having 2 ongoing problems for some time with my vauxhall astra. They were very quick to respond to my questions. And booked me in on the day I requested. When I got there I was offered a drink while I waited and everyone was very friendly. The first problem was fixed within a few hours at a very competitive price and they are sourcing the parts to fix my second problem. I have a lot if experience within the motor trade and I can hoestly say I wouldn't hesitate in recommending anyone to use this garage. In fact a friend of mine has just book his Mariva VXR in for tomorrow on my recommendation. Great people, quality service, great price
