Fantastic service for 2 items. Wrapped them thoroughly at no extra cost and delivered across the country. Great communication at all times, friendly staff and team and carried the items upstairs into required room. Would not hesitate to recommend.
No communication for 2 weeks, then kept making excuses for why he hadn't collected. Had to arrange another courier which was cheaper and next day. Could not and still have not received a refund. Terrible experience.
Poor customer service and took way too long to even book a date with my customer, took them two weeks to offer me a confirmed delivery date, by then my customer had pulled out of the sale. Now they wont offer me a refund. Looking at the other reviews Ill have to go via small claims court to get my money back. I did as others did and paid via bank transfer upfront. Avoid at all costs.
Delivered a chair I had bought on ebay, and the seller booked them. A&M called me to check my delivery address details were correct, and suggested a date and time for the delivery. I couldn't do it, so they suggested another which worked. The day before they were due to deliver it, they called to confirm they would be coming the next morning, and gave me a 2-hour 'window'. In the morning, the driver called me to say that he was on his way but the traffic was bad, and he'd be a little bit late, was very apologetic, and turned up when he said he would. They were consistently polite and helpful, found a time which worked for me to receive my delivery and got the job done.
Terrible, dishonest and useless company who can't even bother to email customers or call to update you about the job, let alone actually do the job!!Paid for two jobs to be done over a month ago (Express services- what a joke!) and they have not yet collected either item, multiple dates given for pickup yet didn't carry through with no communication to either myself nor the people they should have collected the items from.They only take bank transfer, and i should have realised at the time, there was a reason for that!There is no address listed on any of their information online- so it's hard to find them.I have written to them a number of times now via email to ask for a refund as they have not carried out the jobs they were paid to do, which they have ignored.I gave them one last chance to refund today before court action, and surprise surprise, no response to the email nor a refund of my money.Total shysters!Dale is immensely rude and aggressive also to which I have phone recordings to prove. They call anyone a liar that complains.Look at our emails below for proof!I only wish I could upload the voice recordings of Dale being rude so you can all have a laugh at how disgraceful they are!I will be taking this to small claims court.Update: I finally received a refund of my money, but ONLY after writing them a Letter before Action notifying them of pending court action with a deadline date of 7 days by which to refund them.Ofocurse, being the petty and infuriating people they are, they didn't refund me immediately as promised, but waited the full 7 days of the notice and only refunded 100, 45 mins before the deadline , because I was warning them that the case would be filed promptly if they did not.After a further few emails, they finally refunded the last 45 11 minutes AFTER the final deadline.Stay WELL CLEAR of these rude, beligerant and incompetant couriers if you value your sanity!
